When asking yourself, what is my purpose on earth?

Here is the answer:

Direction, passions, right, wrong and some boundaries are planted in our heart by our Higher Power. (short cut: ask him!) The brain is used to navigate the path to our goals and passions. This combination of location, determination, motivation, failures conquered and lesson learned embracing the experience received on the route. Positive reflections on the frustrations applied forward will be required to unleash the capacity of our brain allowing the accomplishment. Purpose is heartfelt surrounded by the directors of a gut instinct, of right versus wrong and brain power used for navigation per individual un-comparable to our creation. The brain provides Intelligence capacity beyond conception of today’s society equalizing the population. The keys are overcoming your faults, insecurities, and obstacles in life. As you overcome them grow your diligence conquering the task to power up for the future steps. Free Will is a distraction to tempt you from what your existence can be maximized measured by your pursuit of happiness for a lifetime. Many times it is beyond your imagination, blindness can be a turbo, stay on the path. Hurting others in significance is the wrong way no question or excuses as we are children.

Armed with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance, Bob has worn many hats over the years: CEO of a multimillion-dollar HVAC and plumbing company, unrestricted Master Plumber, licensed pilot, and experienced public speaker. His 24+ years leading Buzzell Plumbing Heating & AC, Inc. are marked by growth, grit, and innovation — serving populations from 12 to 100,000 and generating over $13 million in revenue.

Beyond business, Bob's leadership extends into fraternity life, community service, and mentorship. He served as Grand Master of Kappa Sigma and helped establish a chapter at North Georgia Military University. His heart for service shows through his years teaching Sunday School, coaching youth soccer, and supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude, and the Better Business Bureau.
He holds numerous licenses — from medical gas and insurance to restoration, mold, and ERP software — and is a certified scuba diver, pilot, and CPR instructor. Bob blends practical skill with emotional intelligence, consistently driving home one message: you can do more than you think — and you don’t have to do it alone.
